Sunday, November 8 – Automated system pre-survey email sent to faculty with current course rosters
Note: This messaging will be sent before the withdrawal deadline.

Monday, November 9 – Last day for students to withdraw from courses

Tuesday, November 17 – Last day for faculty to set custom survey availability windows

Wednesday, November 18 – Course evaluations open at 12:01 am.
Note: Due to a later than usual Thanksgiving Break, course evaluations will open earlier to ensure 10 instructional days are available for administration.

Wednesday, November 25 – Friday, November 27 – Thanksgiving Break

Friday, December 4 – Course evaluations close at 11:59 pm

Friday, December 18 – All final grades due to Registrar

Approximately 1-2 weeks after grades are due – Evaluation reports become available to faculty members and department heads/program chairs.
Note: Holiday office closures may impact the timing for release of evaluation reports.

Winterim 2027: On-campus / Virtual

Tuesday, January 12 – Automated system pre-survey email sent to faculty with current course rosters
Note: This email is sent before the withdrawal deadline.

Friday, January 15 (tentative) – Last day for students to withdraw from courses

Tuesday, January 19 – Course evaluations open at 12:01 am

Thursday, January 21 – Course evaluations close at 11:59 pm

Friday, February 5 – All final grades due to Registrar

Approximately 1-2 weeks after grades are due – Evaluation reports become available to faculty members and department heads/program chairs

Winterim 2027: International / Off-campus

7 days before survey open date – Automated system pre-survey email sent to faculty with current course rosters

~3-4 days before the program return date – Course evaluations open at 12:01 am and will be open for 7 days.

~3-4 days after the program return date – Course evaluations close at 11:59 pm

Approximately 1-2 weeks after grades are due – Evaluation reports become available to faculty members and department heads/program chairs. All final grades must be submitted for all trips in order for evaluation reports to be released.

Spring  2027

Monday, April 19 – Last day for students to withdraw from courses

Sunday, April 25 – Last day for faculty to set custom survey availability windows

Monday, April 26 – Course evaluations open at 12:01 am

Friday, May 7 – Course evaluations close at 11:59 pm

Tuesday, May 24 – All final grades due to Registrar

Approximately 1-2 weeks after grades are due – Evaluation reports become available to faculty members and department heads/program chairs

Summer I 2027: International / Off-campus

7 days before survey open date – Automated system pre-survey email sent to faculty with current course rosters

~3-4 days before the program return date – Course evaluations open at 12:01 am and will be open for 7 days.

~3-4 days after the program return date – Course evaluations close at 11:59 pm

Approximately 1-2 weeks after the final trip grades are due – Evaluation reports become available to faculty members and department heads/program chairs. All final grades for all summer interim travel courses must be submitted for evaluation reports to be released. Due to the staggered timing of travel courses, there may be a significant amount of time between the conclusion of an early summer trip and the release of evaluation reports.
