Summer I 2024: International / Off-campus

7 days before survey open date – Automated system pre-survey email sent to faculty with current course rosters

~3-4 days before the program return date – Course evaluations open at 12:01 am and will be open for 7 days.

~3-4 days after the program return date – Course evaluations close at 11:59 pm

Approximately 1-2 weeks after the final trip grades are due – Evaluation reports become available to faculty members and department heads/program chairs. All final grades for all interim travel courses must be submitted for evaluation reports to be released. Due to the staggered timing of travel courses, there may be a significant amount of time between the conclusion of an early summer trip and the release of evaluation reports.

Approximately 1-2 weeks after grades are due – Evaluation reports become available to faculty members and department heads/program chairs

Tuesday, August 6 – Last day to withdraw from courses

Tuesday, August 12 – Course evaluations open at 12:01 am

Thursday, August 15 – Course evaluations close at 11:59 pm

Friday, August 23 – All final grades due to Registrar

Approximately 1-2 weeks after grades are due – Evaluation reports become available to faculty members and department heads/program chairs

Fall 2024

Note: ES 101 (Module 1) course evaluations will open on Wednesday, [TBD] and close on Tuesday, [TBD].

Monday, November 25 – Course evaluations open at 12:01 am.
Note: Course evaluations open the Monday before the Thanksgiving holiday break. 

Friday, December 6 – Course evaluations close at 11:59 pm

Friday, December 20 – All final grades due to Registrar

Approximately 1-2 weeks after grades are due – Evaluation reports become available to faculty members and department heads/program chairs.
Note: Holiday office closures may impact the timing for release of evaluation reports.

Winterim 2025: On-campus / Virtual

Note: This email is sent before the withdrawal deadline.

Friday, January 17 (tentative) – Last day to withdraw from courses

Tuesday, January 21 – Course evaluations open at 12:01 am

Friday, February 7 – All final grades due to Registrar
